How to Put On FiveFingers

Putting on your FiveFingers can be a struggle if you try to slide them on like regular shoes. Because of the individual toes and glove-like fit, FiveFingers take a little extra effort to put on correctly. Thankfully, FiveFingers are very flexible which allows you to put them on in two easy steps.

How to put on FiveFingers:

1. Start with the toes. Get your big toe in first, then work down to your little toe, making sure that each toe fits comfortably. Your heel should remain out of your FiveFingers until all of your toes are in.

Note: If your FiveFingers have a strap (KSO, Sprint, or Flow), loosen the strap before putting your FiveFingers on and tighten it to a comfortable and flexible length after your feet are securely in.

2. Then get your heel in. Stick your thumb in the heel of your FiveFingers or use the heel strap to pull the heelcup under and around your heel. Make sure you heel sits in the heel cup securely.

Using this method will help you get your FiveFingers on faster and easier. After wearing them for a week or so, your FiveFingers should be easier to put on. The most difficult thing about putting on FiveFingers is the spread out toe design. Your toes are used to being scrunched together in traditional shoes so try sticking a finger in between your toes if you can't get one of your toes in.

Use this method to put on your FiveFingers and eventually they will be just as easy to put on as your traditional shoes.
